Working Out and Keeping the Beat with Depeche Mode

For those of you who spent most of your life in the 80s enjoying singles accompanied by every remix of that song, this post is for you.  Deep down inside a massive beat hits you when you hear the melodic stereophonic sound of the hubcap spinning at the beginning of the Depeche Mode Behind the Wheel/Route 66 Megasingle Mix off the Just Say series of CDs that came out in the late 80s.

That same piecing feeling helps you maintain the beat what you hit a treadmill.  Recently I find myself cuing up the AppleTv to play the remix albums I recently purchased.  Your choice, Depeche Mode Remix, New Order Best Remixes or OMD Singles, which contains some of the greatest remixes out there.  Now, I am not a techno danceclub fiend, but I am a fan of the feeling that comes from the beat.

WARNING:  YOU MAY WANT TO FANATICALLY WAVE YOUR HANDS LIKE THE OLD NEW WAVE DANCE, SO HOPE YOUR BALANCE IS GOOD WHILE RUNNING.
